With this package, you can be as involved with the planning process as you want. We will guide you through EVERY step and assist in any way we can!
Typical client investment starts at $5000 for our Full Service Package
- Initial Consultation (free)
- Monthly “check-ins” or a “To-Do” list for the couple (via email)
- FIVE PERSONAL MEETINGS to discuss your wedding plans (In addition to the Initial Consultation and the One Month before meeting)
- Up to 20 Welcome Gifts created for Out-of-Town guests, delivered to hotels. (Coordinated with your wedding theme. Each Gift includes: gift bag, tissue paper, bottled waters, snacks, chocolates and embellishments. Alternative requests can be made for an additional charge.)
- Invitation assistance and R.S.V.P. tracking (assist with finding invitation design, wording and proofing invitation, assembling invitations, mailing invitations, tracking of RSVPs, firming up final guest count, sharing final counts with vendors, etc.)
- Assist with Design and Details of the wedding
- Assist with Floor plans and layouts of wedding ceremony and reception
- Assist with wording and proof reading of all print materials
- Favor Concept and Assembly
- Rehearsal Dinner Assistance (Assist in finding rehearsal dinner location, booking location, menu selection, decor/signage, finalize details and timing, rehearsal dinner coordination, etc…)
- Wedding Day Suite ‘Set-Up’
Includes early arrival at destination’s where the wedding couple is “get ready”. Check in on wedding party and vendors as well as deliver and set up any food/items needed for the day (purchased items to be billed separately)
- Refreshment station set-up for optimal relaxation while getting ready (purchased items to be billed separately)
- Provide Vendor referrals and recommendations according to budget/style
- Unlimited Emails & Phone Conversations to aid in wedding day plans
- Creation of detailed Wedding day Itinerary created for wedding vendors/coordinate details
- Confirmation of Vendor Timeline and Arrangements week of the wedding
- Creation of a Personalized wedding day itinerary emailed to each wedding party member & immediate family member the week of the wedding
- Personalized Reminders for other details such as guest count deadlines, final payments, etc…
- Use of ‘Emergency Kits’*
- Manage any last minute details pertaining to the wedding
- Schedule and Confirm mani/pedi appointments for wedding party
- Storage of Wedding Decorations/Print Materials the week of the wedding (AWE team member to pick up from couple)
- Transportation of Wedding Decorations/Print Materials to Venue(s)
- Complimentary use of Ashley Weddings decoration inventory (includes but not limited to: decorative glass vases/glass votive candle holders/crystal table number holders)*
- Vendor Tip/Final Payment distribution (AWE’s tipping guide shared with couple as well)
- Full Coordination of your Ceremony Rehearsal
- Full Ceremony and Reception Set-Up
- Full Ceremony and Reception Coordination & Vendor Management
- Ceremony and/or Reception Clean Up (includes: gathering & packing up decor, gathering gifts, gathering any wanted flowers. NOTE: AWE does not handle trash clean up or custodial maintenance.)
- Transporting of Gifts, Decoration & Floral items to desired location after Reception
