• Initial Consultation (free)

• Monthly timeline “check-ins” or a “To-Do” list for the bride (via email)

• FIVE PERSONAL MEETINGS to discuss your wedding plans (In addition to the Initial Consultation and the One Month before meeting)

• Up to 20 Welcome Gifts created for Out-of-Town guests, delivered to hotels. (Coordinated with your wedding theme. Each Gift includes: gift bag, tissue paper, bottled waters, snacks, chocolates and embellishments. Alternative requests can be made for an additional charge.)

• R.S.V.P Service (tracking of RSVPs, firming up final guest count, sharing final counts with vendors)

• Assist with Design and Details of the wedding

• Assist with Floor plans and layouts of wedding ceremony and reception

• Assist with wording and proof reading of all print materials

• Favor Concept and Assembly

• Rehearsal Dinner Assistance

• Bride and Groom Suite ‘set-up’

  • Includes early arrival at destination’s where the Bride and Groom “get ready” to deliver any food/items needed for the day (purchased items to be billed separately)

  • Use of ‘Emergency’ Kits throughout the day/evening

  • Refreshment station set-up for optimal relaxation while getting ready (purchased items to be billed separately)

• Provide Vendor referrals and recommendations according to budget/style

• 5 personal meetings to discuss and aid in wedding day plans (In addition to the
  Initial Consultation)

• Unlimited Emails & Phone Conversations to aid in wedding day plans

• Detailed Wedding day Itinerary created for wedding vendors/coordinate details

• Confirmation of Vendor Timeline and Arrangements
