In preparation for aaaaallllll my holiday activities….{that’s my excuse for not posting more!!} I want to share at least one easy appetizer to feed your hungry guests as they arrive to your humble abode. And while we are on the subject, yes, you need to feed your guests. If you don’t, it could definitely be disastrous!

Check out these cute soup shooters that are sure to impress…

I used a roasted cauliflower soup and garnished it with bacon pieces…mmm, but really, any soup will do! Placed in a shot glass and served with a mini-spoon makes this almost effortless appetizer super impressive! You could also try these with a tomato bisque and a side of mini grilled cheese sandwiches.

I hope your holiday’s are turning out to be fab! We’re having our annual Christmas party tomorrow and hopefully I’ll be able to share some bits and pieces of it with you guys.
